DJ Reo (Trayan Dechev) a.k.a. DJ Reign was born on 24th September 1979 in Sliven, Bulgaria. As a child he noticed his attraction to computer technology and to audio technique by which was surrounded at home. He was inspired by his father who was one of the first dj's in the town. He also provided him with an environment overfulfilled with different styles of music. For example: hard rock, heavy metal, hip hop, disco, pop, indian and of course electronic music. In years of listening at the end of 1998 Reign reached the moment when he met the typical techno sound and became aware of the energy of the dance music. At that time he started to experiment mixing with his computer. Later in 1999 came his first gigs (with 200 and 600 party people) together with his friend DJ Rebis and one of the top dj's then DJ Rady from METROPOLIS.
During year 2000 Trayan has studied in Germany where he met personaly the german techno scene in some local techno clubs and also at the Love Parade. This has influenced him to start producing his own tracks. After an year and a half he has returned to BulgariaThen have followed an astonishing event in Sliven with DJ Balthazar and series of private parties, organized with Reo's brother DJ Zaff. Then Later some gigs with many poppular bulgarian dj's as Versus, Yemo, Gnubass (Vladislav Rashkov), B1, Stass Nikoloff, Nikolas and and many more.
In 2002 Reo has moved to the capital of Bulgaria - Sofia. He believed that the best place for techno music is just there. During this period he continued to organize underground parties in the student town, and some local parties together with his brother DJ Zaff and friend DJ's in Sliven at places like "Mecheto", "Stealth", "Idolo".
In february 2005 DJ Reo has performed for the first time abroad in Macedonia with DJ Balthazar and Vladislav Rashkov. Later they have celebrated their birthdays with a party at club "Scream" - Sofia.
2007 was a renewal year for Reo, as the tradition for open air parties at the mountain near Sliven begins. It's named KARANDILOPOLIS, meaning "a city at Karandila" which is the name of that resort.
In 2008 Karandiloplis series continue with 3 day open air party. A lot of friends and DJ's from all over the country joined that event. Later in that year a new club opened it's doors in Sliven. It's name is PR and it was a place for local fans to enjoy the music. In september 2008 was introduced the first Street Parade in Sliven, powered by Theatre Sliven. DJ Rady came back to Sliven after 9 years for the revenge.
The music style of DJ Reo today varies from tribal and progressive house to minimal and techno.
